CP has made a long-term commitment to training young people and offers high-quality apprenticeships. Training learners who think and act sustainably to start on a career path is something we see as beneficial not only to our company, but also to the community at large. Assuming this responsibility to make a positive impact both in the workplace and on society is not a burden for us, but rather a valuable enrichment. Our apprentices enjoy one major difference compared to other apprentices. Right from their first year of training in everyday working life, they learn why it’s especially fun to work in an international industrial company that does its utmost every single day to sustainably improve the environment. That’s why we have partnered with the BZZ learning centre in Zofingen for an optimal division of tasks. This gives our apprentices the opportunity to receive a sound technical education in the classroom at the BZZ, while learning a full range of practical skills and gaining hands-on experience with CP. We currently offer apprenticeship programmes for the following occupations:
