CP offers pumps in close coupled arrangement or bearing frame arrangements.

 

 

Close Coupled Arrangement (CP's Standard)

  • Pump and motor are forming a compact unit
  • Simple design, only few parts; no bearing pedestal or driver coupling required
  • No maintenance of the bearing lubrication resp. driver coupling required
  • Easy erection and installation, no alignement required
  • Space saving
  • Ideally suitable for arrangement on stilts, without foundation
  • Ideally suitable for magnetic driven sealless pumps
  • Due to process design the motor can be removed without opening the pump

Close Coupled Execution

Bearing Frame Arrangement (EN/ISO Standard)

  • Pump and motor are mounted separated from each other on a base plate
  • Bearing pedestal can be used as a second safety barrier
  • Pump is driven by a driver coupling
  • Pump and motor can be disassembled individually
  • Makes handling of larger units more easy
  • Ideally suitable for operating temperatures above 250°C
  • Different bearing frame lubrication options available
  • Standardized dimensions acc. to EN 22858, ISO 2858
