Nickel Alloys
2.4610 (~C4)This nickel alloy has excellent resistance to crevice corrosion, pitting and stress corrosion as well as reducing mineral acids and chlorides, inorganic and organic chloride. This casing material can be used for inorganic chemicals in the fertilizer industry, in acetic acid. EN symbol NiMo16Cr16Ti These CP pumps are available: MKP |
2.4602 (~C22)This nickel alloy is a high corrosion resistant nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy and has excellent resistance to oxidizing and reducing mixed acids. This casing material finds use in flue gas desulfurization, in the chemical industry, environmental protection facilities, waste incinerators, sewage plants. EN symbol NiCr21Mo14W These CP pumps are available: MKP |

2.4617 (~B2/B3)This nickel alloy is technically pure nickel with good mechanical properties and excellent resistance to alkali hydroxides as well as organic compositions, even when exposed to high temperatures. It has excellent corrosion resistance to boiling hydrochloric acid / hydrogen chloride and boiling sulphuric acid (up to a concentration of 60%). Furthermore, it also retains its strength and is ductile at low temperatures. EN symbol NiMo28 These CP pumps are available: MKP |
2.4819 (~C276)This nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy with an addition of tungsten has excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of severe environments. The high molybdenum content makes the alloy especially resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion. The low carbon content minimizes carbide precipitation during welding to maintain corrosion resistance within the welded structures. The alloy is used in pollution control, chemical processing, pulp and paper production, and waste treatment. EN symbol NiMo16Cr15W These CP pumps are available: MKP |
