For each pump model, CP indicates the model’s capacity range, head range, design pressure, temperature range, kinematic viscosity range and solids handling ability.

Capacity RangeCP’s standard capacity range covers pump flows between 0.1 m3/h up to 600 m3/h. CP’s largest flow: MKP CP’s smallest flow: MSKPP In some geographical markets, CP offers the possibility to deliver sealless customized pumps with even higher capacities.
Head RangeCP’s standard head range covers pump heads between 5 m up to 120 m. CP’s largest head: MSKPP CP’s smallest head: MSKP In some geographical markets, CP offers the possibility to deliver sealless customized pumps with even higher heads. |

Design PressureCP’s standard design pressure of our pumps is PN16, which is widely common in the chemical industry. The most important pump models are also available in PN25, alternatively. Some pumps are available in PN10. PN16 (CP’s standard): MKP, MKPL, … In some geographical markets, CP offers the possibility to deliver sealless customized pumps in PN 40, PN 63, PN 100, PN 160, PN 250, PN 320 or even PN 400.
Temperature RangeCP’s standard temperature range covers liquid temperatures between -100 °C up to +350 °C. However, temperature extremes are possible due to different material selections either for high temperature or for low temperature arrangements. CP’s highest temperature: MKP CP’s lowest temperature: MKP |

Kinematic Viscosity RangeCP’s standard kinematic viscosity range covers liquid viscosities between 0.2 mm2/s up to 350 mm2/s. CP’s highest viscosity: MKP CP’s lowest viscosity: MKP |
Solids Handling AbilityCP’s pump models can each handle different solids seize and content. Beside our ZMP pump, which is particularly made for crushing, mixing and pumping slurries with large solids content, we distinguish between pumping solids with magnetic coupled or with double mechanical sealed pumps. CP’s highest solids handling ability (magnetic coupled): MKP CP’s highest solids handling ability (double mechanical sealed): ET |
